Speech and debate takes 3rd

The Whitefish speech and debate team finished third overall in Belgrade over the weekend.

Columbia Falls finished first and Laurel was second in team points.

Teigen Tremper took first in impromptu speaking and second in informative speaking. Zach Ade also finished second in extemporaneous speaking and third in memorized pubic address.

Next on the schedule is a tournament at Whitefish High School on Saturday, starting at 8 a.m.
