No. 2339 PUBLIC NOTICE OF FOOD VENDOR PERMIT APPLICATION The City of Whitefish Planning Department has received the following Food Vendor Permit application: 1. A request by Tyler Wells, owners, The Pie Cart, for a Food Vendor permit for a meat pie cart in the parking lot at 20 Baker Avenue, Whitefish, Montana, the VFW Lion Mountain Post, for one-year permit beginning June 18, 2015. The subject area is located in WB-3 Zoning District, and can be legally described as Whitefish, Block 26, Lots 5-10, Section 36, Township 31 North, Range 22 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana.
