Irene Agnes Arnold

Our beloved mother, Irene Agnes Arnold, 79, passed away recently in the home of her loving son Gary Peterson in Vancouver, Wash.

Cherished by her children and family, adored by her grand and great-grandchildren, held dear by her loving friends, and esteemed by all who worked with her at North Valley Hospital for 20 years. She cared for her patients with such loving kindness that she was awarded the Florence Nightingale Award b the nurses and doctors who worked with her.

Irene was a longtime volunteer for the American Red Cross and traveled all over the state and country giving aid to those in need.

Beloved by all who knew her, we will miss her so very much.

In memory of Irene, donations can be made to her three favorite charitable organizations: The American Red Cross, to help those who are in disastrous situations; the Whitefish Community Library, her favorite source of books to continue ones education; and the North Valley Hospital.
