Taylor Thompson

| November 11, 2015 9:00 PM

Our beloved son, brother and friend Taylor Thompson passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2015.

Taylor was born in Kalispell on July 27, 1992, and grew up in Whitefish. He was an honor student at the University of Montana with plans to graduate this spring with a double major in economics and psychology. Taylor had just been selected to Global Grizzlies, a service organization through the university, and planned to travel to Uganda this summer to provide volunteer services.

Taylor was passionate in life. He took great joy in making others happy and made a conscious decision each day to live life to the fullest and not let things get him down. Taylor loved his family and friends; he was especially close and proud of his younger brothers.

Among many of Taylor’s passions, he especially enjoyed hockey, soccer, skiing, hiking, camping, golf, music and art. But his favorite pastime was hanging out with his many friends.

Taylor is survived by his parents Jim and Robyn Thompson, brothers Jared and Ryan, and many extended family.

Taylor was a bright spot in many lives and his kind and loving spirit will be sorely missed.

A memorial service was held for family and friends Nov. 8. A celebration of life is being planned for a later date.
