Monday, Nov. 2

5:06 p.m. Report of shots fired on Bay Point Drive.

Tuesday, Nov. 3

12:39 p.m. A guest at a hotel on Highway 93 South left behind a bag full of an unknown powdery substance.

Wednesday, Nov. 4

1:45 a.m. A woman on Iowa Avenue asked police to remove her intoxicated boyfriend from her residence. The woman later called police back to report that her now ex-boyfriend was back at the house. The man told police he was going to sleep on the porch.

Thursday, Nov. 5

5:08 a.m. A suspicious man on Highway 93 South was seen yelling and acting weird. He was planning to catch a train to Chicago later in the day.

6:40 p.m. Report of a suspicious man going door-to-door who said he was from the cable company.

Friday, Nov. 6

8:29 a.m. A Cedar Street resident complained about a couple that’s constantly on his property. He asked police how to handle the situation.

1:48 p.m. Report of a father and son fighting at a home on Granite Drive.

4:47 p.m. A man reported his wife missing after she didn’t come home from the bar last night. She was found OK at a bed and breakfast place.

6:17 p.m. Four kids were caught climbing on trash can trying to break into the middle school. They ran away when approached.

6:57 p.m. A stray dog was found inside the middle school.

Saturday, Nov. 7

1:25 a.m. A woman kept pulling the fire alarm at a bar downtown.

2:38 a.m. An intoxicated man was found lying on the sidewalk downtown with his feet in the street.

9:54 a.m. Report of a vehicle break-in on Ramsey Avenue.

Sunday, Nov. 8

4:49 a.m. Report of a transient cussing and yelling at a store on Highway 93 South.

6:30 a.m. Report of a barking dog that’s an ongoing problem on Edgewood Place.
