Monday, Oct. 26
7:11 a.m. A deer was hit along East 2nd Street. The food bank was called.
7:42 a.m. Report of a man out of control at an RV park on Highway 93 South. The man may have been high on pills and marijuana.
8:32 a.m. Report of a man and woman yelling at each other at a laundromat on Highway 93 South.
12:51 p.m. Report of a man harassing customers and acting strange at a downtown bar.
12:57 p.m. Report of employee theft from a store downtown.
4:15 p.m. A woman told police she was assaulted on Wisconsin Avenue by two men. One man with tattoos on his face was reportedly carrying a machete. The men were found on the viaduct and arrested.
Tuesday, Oct. 27
5:33 p.m. Neighbors heard shots fired on Waverly Place.
9:43 p.m. Report of a Toyota Tundra involved in a hit-and-run on Baker Avenue.
11:20 p.m. A disorderly and intoxicated man was kicked out of a grocery store on Highway 93 South after telling an employee “to be very afraid.”
Wednesday, Oct. 28
2:35 p.m. A very large intoxicated man entered a house on East Lakeshore Drive.
4:36 p.m. A man practicing yoga near the high school was asked to leave the property.
8:32 p.m. Report of a wallet stolen from a vehicle on Colorado Avenue.
8:52 p.m. Report of theft from a restaurant on Highway 93 South.
10:37 p.m. An intoxicated woman reportedly hit and kicked a couple on Park Avenue.
Thursday, Oct. 29
8:21 a.m. An employee downtown reported receiving 14 harassing phone calls from a sex offender.
10:33 a.m. Report of an ex-employee stealing tools from a job site on Baker Avenue.
1:54 p.m. A resident questioned whether a neighbor was allowed to have security cameras that pointed toward his property.
1:59 p.m. Report of a disoriented elderly man in the frozen food section of a grocery store. A concerned employee stayed with the man until help arrived. Police later delivered groceries to his residence.
Friday, Oct. 30
1:05 p.m. Report of a suspicious duffle bag in a field along Highway 93 South. It contained nothing of value, just a blanket and some hot dogs.
4:34 p.m. Report of shoplifting at a store on Highway 93 South. A woman driving a black Audi with a silver charm was suspected to taking a couple of hats.
9:07 p.m. Border Patrol was searching for a middle-aged man on the train who was possibly involved in a sexual assault.
Saturday, Oct. 31
10:02 p.m. A fallen tree was blocking Edgewood Drive.
Sunday, Nov. 1
1:03 a.m. Report of a fight at an apartment on Wisconsin Avenue. The reported aggressor took off on foot through a field.
1:56 a.m. Report of someone in a large black truck shooting a pistol into the air while on Wisconsin Avenue.
1:58 a.m. A caller said her ex ransacked her house and damaged walls and furniture.
8:30 a.m. Someone damaged a green at the golf club with three flags. An American flag, Georgia flag and Griz flag were found along with numerous tire tracks.
9:55 a.m. A vehicle was egged on Park Avenue.
10:33 a.m. A man was passed out in front of a store on East 2nd Street.
11:53 a.m. Report of an orange chicken on the loose on Railway Street. It may have been a rooster.
12:54 p.m. Report of an alligator flag stolen from East 8th Street.
1:43 p.m. Report of a broken flag pole on Fairway Drive.
2:48 p.m. A leather coat and chaps were stolen from Spokane Avenue.
6:30 p.m. A man was seen cooking food inside the post office.
