Shirley Lawyer Howke

Shirley Lawyer Howke passed away in Sun City, Ariz., the morning of Dec. 8, 2014, at the age of 74.

Shirley was born on Oct. 7, 1940 in Pasadena, Calif. She attended Pasadena schools, and graduated from Pasadena College in 1962.

She moved to Whitefish in 1978 and worked for many years at Rocky Mountain Transportation.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Howke, and her brother Bob (Dan) Lawyer. She is survived by her sister, Barbara Lawyer Frost of Surprise, Ariz., and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 30 at 1 p.m., at All Saints Episcopal Church in Whitefish/Columbia Falls (2048 Conn Rd in Columbia Falls). Burial will be private at Glacier Memorial Gardens.
