Monday, March 16

2:23 p.m. A Railway Street resident reported a census worker who came to his house four times, even after he was asked to leave.

Tuesday, March 17

1:30 a.m. Report of loud music at a Dakota Avenue residence.

4:26 p.m. The driver of a white Subaru was reportedly littering and harassing customers at a U.S. 93 South business.

11:57 p.m. Report of possible shoplifting at a U.S. 93 South grocery store. One man was removed from the store.

Wednesday, March 18

10:51 a.m. A woman said she was pushed out of a moving vehicle on Karrow Avenue. The driver kept going.

12:56 p.m. Report of a missing package on Baker Avenue.

7:40 p.m. Two people stopped at a railroad crossing got out of their SUV and opened a bunch of crates on the freight train. The vehicle had Canadian plates.

Thursday, March 19

1:29 p.m. Report of a man on a motorized scooter holding a 1-year-old child in his lap on West Second Street.

2:16 p.m. Thefts were reported on U.S. 93 South, Colorado Avenue and Pine Avenue.

3:22 p.m. Report of people dumping trash on Texas Avenue.

5:03 p.m. Report of an unruly child on East 4th Street. The caller didn’t want to carry the child home because she was afraid people would call her in.

Friday, March 20

4:37 p.m. Report of a black bear in the basement of a home on Suncrest Drive. The bear was removed and taken out of Whitefish.

6:27 p.m. Vehicles on East 2nd Street were rummaged through.

Saturday, March 21

12:27 p.m. A woman was suspected of shoplifting from a store on U.S. 93 South.

8:26 p.m. A resident heard an explosion on Wisconsin Avenue. It could have been fireworks.

11:33 p.m. Report of kids throwing rocks at a house on Railway Street. The resident yelled at the kids, but they just yelled back.

Sunday, March 22

12:21 a.m. Report of drunk Canadians banging on the drive-through window at McDonalds. The business would not serve them because they were on foot.

1:22 a.m. An intoxicated man broke a window at a home on East Third Street.

12:50 p.m. Report of a stolen bike on Pine Avenue.

7:23 p.m. A suspicious man in sweat pants and a button-up shirt was talking to children playing on Colorado Avenue.

11:34 p.m. An intoxicated woman was trying to get inside a building on Spokane Avenue.

Monday, March 23

1:56 a.m. A woman allegedly attacked the Ride Guy who then used pepper spray on her. Police responded and no one wanted to pursue charges.
