Monday, June 29

11:56 a.m. A woman moving into a Colorado Avenue home suspected the previous owners of making meth in the basement. She asked police to check it out.

2:58 a.m. Report of a drive-by fireworks assault on Central Avenue. Two teens in a car threw a firework at two men standing on the corner. No one was injured.

6:58 p.m. Report of a man causing a scene at a business on Highway 93 South.

Tuesday, June 30

12:28 a.m. A resident on Lion Mountain Loop Road reported a fire across the lake. It was an unattended campfire.

10:20 a.m. Report of a home on Texas Avenue with mattresses and other unsightly items in the front yard.

4:24 p.m. Railroad workers complained that they couldn’t get to work because of the farmers market.

Wednesday, July 1

1:49 a.m. Report of eight loud people at City Beach.

6:14 a.m. A woman was found sleeping in a vehicle parked on hole No. 1 of the South Course at Whitefish Lake Golf Club. The woman reportedly drove her car through the golf cart tunnel and damaged the golf course.

7:10 a.m. Report of an intoxicated man screaming at his wife on Scott Avenue.

12:56 p.m. Report of a wakeboard boat on the lake playing extremely loud music.

3 p.m. Graffiti was found on an air quality monitoring site on U.S. 93 South.

5:21 p.m. Three boys were lighting fireworks on Murray Avenue.

8:03 p.m. Someone at the hospital wanted to be tested for a date rape drug.

8:21 p.m. An elderly woman was counseled about her reckless driving.

Thursday, July 2

7:27 a.m. Two vehicles had their windows smashed out on Kalispell Avenue and Spokane Avenue.

9:19 a.m. Police were asked to investigate someone because they were practicing new age medicine.

9:30 a.m. A flower pot was stolen from Park Avenue.

11:45 a.m. Report of a black bear eating from a dumpster on Stonecrop Lane in the Iron Horse neighborhood.

2:23 p.m. A caller accused kids of destroying his house and stealing a bike from Central Avenue.

4:45 p.m. An intoxicated man was throwing things at a house on Baker Avenue.

5:13 p.m. Report of graffiti on a retaining wall on Baker Avenue.

Friday, July 3

1:34 a.m. Teens were seen looking through vehicles on Woodland Place.

3:31 p.m. Items were stolen from a business on Central Avenue.

3:39 p.m. Golf clubs were stolen from a garage on Monterra Avenue.

9:27 p.m. A man fell off his jet ski and hit his face on the propeller.

Saturday, July 4

2:10 a.m. Intoxicated men were seen throwing items at a church on East 3rd Street. One man was arrested.

2:21 a.m. Six teens were fighting on East First Street.

10:28 a.m. An iPhone was stolen from an unlocked truck on Kalispell Avenue.

11:40 a.m. Report of a intoxicated transient harassing vendors at the arts festival at Depot Park.

12:51 p.m. A vehicle was broken into on East 1st Street.

1:22 p.m. An unlocked vehicle was ransacked on Somers Avenue.

4:02 p.m. Report of a physical disturbance between a woman and her ex-husband on Wedgewood Lane.

5:47 p.m. A report of fireworks on Centennial Drive turned out to be people making dry ice bombs. Police deemed them to be harmless.

10:43 p.m. Police arrested an intoxicated man trying to get food at a drive-through.

Sunday, July 5

3:33 a.m. A man found someone sleeping in his truck on Central Avenue.

9:28 a.m. Cash was stolen from a wallet left in an unlocked vehicle on East 2nd Street.

4:20 p.m. Report of a vehicle break-in on Wedgewood Lane.
