Monday, April 13
1:25 p.m. Report of a dog in the back of a pickup downtown that jumped and tried to bite a woman walking by.
2:16 p.m. A car on Central Avenue was towed for unpaid parking tickets.
6:40 p.m. Report of a man urinating on the O’Shaughnessy Center.
Tuesday, April 14
3:24 p.m. A Colorado Avenue resident said a man was threatening to break into her apartment. The man told police he just wanted his reading glasses back.
5:39 p.m. Report of a man and woman fighting at a bar downtown.
Wednesday, April 15
12:14 a.m. A downtown bar shut down a hip-hop group’s performance because they were rapping about the owner of the bar and saying bad things. The band left without incident.
10:39 a.m. Report of fake snow dumped on the empty lot near Somers Avenue. The caller alleged it was from the Santa Claus reality TV show that filmed in town.
7:37 p.m. Report of an assault on Karrow Avenue.
10:11 p.m. Report of a diamond necklace and other jewelry stolen from a home on Geddes Avenue.
Thursday, April 16
3:46 a.m. A man passed out in an alley behind a casino was taken to the hospital.
11:50 a.m. A cell phone stolen from Whitefish was tracked to Springcreek Road.
3:50 p.m. Report of a physical disturbance on Iowa Avenue.
7:20 p.m. A woman reported that her ex kicked in the door of her Colorado Avenue apartment and was screaming in front of children.
7:27 p.m. Three transients with dreadlocks and a dogs were playing music and asking for money on Central Avenue. They reportedly yelled at people that didn’t give them money. One man asked them to stop swearing, but they did not.
10:59 p.m. A woman said she was pushed over a rock near the viaduct.
Friday, April 17
7:28 a.m. Report of two vicious dogs on East First Street. The dogs reportedly chased a woman for two blocks and tore her pants.
7:51 a.m. Report of heavy dust from the road construction on Highway 93 West.
Saturday, April 18
2:23 a.m. Report a possible DUI on Highway 93 South. A man and his dog were in a pickup parked in the middle of the road. The man was slurring his words and swerving. He was arrested and the dog was taken to the shelter.
11:36 a.m. A caller reported a car that hit and injured a dog after making an illegal pass on Baker Avenue. A conflicting report said the dog was injured when it jumped out of a pickup. The dog was taken to the animal hospital.
7:48 p.m. Report of cash stolen from an unlocked car on East First Street.
9:03 p.m. Report of kids in a red Toyota pickup that stole a case of Budweiser from a store on Highway 93 South.
10:23 p.m. Report of a peeping Tom at a home on West Lakeshore Drive. A tall and thin man was looking into a basement door. He left but returned about an hour later and was knocking on the door. Police found the man near the railroad tracks.
Sunday, April 19
2:42 p.m. A bicyclist reported a motorist that tried to run him off Karrow Avenue. The cyclist took a photo of the suspected vehicle.
5:21 p.m. Report of a man in baggy pants going through vehicles at City Beach. The man left in a van.
