1:10 a.m. An employee at a hotel complained that someone dropped off an intoxicated woman who couldn’t pay for the room.

10:59 a.m. Report of gas siphoned from a rental car parked on O’Brien Avenue.

2:55 p.m. Report of an elderly woman with 100 cats on Birch Drive.

3:52 p.m. A woman was seen honking the horn and yelling inside her vehicle on Central Avenue. She possibly needed medical attention or was high on something.

11:28 p.m. A dog tied up on Central Avenue was barking nonstop.

7:48 a.m. A woman on Washington Avenue walked into her house carrying a pistol. The reporting caller said it seemed very strange.

8:36 a.m. Prescription medicine stolen on East 3rd Street.

9:21 a.m. Report of a man in a hoodie who stole coins from a coin machine on Riverside Avenue.

12:17 p.m. Report of an assault on the footbridge near Scott Avenue.

2:38 p.m. Two men were acting strangely at multiple businesses on U.S. 93 South. They weren’t doing anything wrong, they just appeared shady.
