Jerman and Leahy to marry

Tim and Bonnie Leahy of Whitefish are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Shannon Leahy, to Jason Jerman, son of John and Sheri Jerman of Beaverton, Ore., and Leann and Jeff Johnson of Kenmore, Wash.  

The couple first met on Big Mountain in the summer of 2006 and moved to Seattle the following year.

Shannon, a graduate of The Art Institute of Seattle, is a merchandising assistant for an online and catalog retailer.  Jason graduated from the University of Washington and works for the Seattle Times. The wedding will be held Aug. 9 in Whitefish.
