Monday, Feb. 24

2:37 p.m. Report of child abuse on Skyles Place.

4:23 p.m. Someone tripped the fire alarm at a business downtown and caused about $500 in damage.

9:37 p.m. A man lost his wallet in a bar. He believes someone picked it up and is gambling his cash away.

Tuesday, Feb. 25

1 a.m. Report of someone doing a late-night workout.

10:35 a.m. Report of stolen prescription medicine from Central Avenue.

3:07 p.m. A verbal dispute broke out at a business on U.S. 93 when a woman reportedly refused to let her mother see her children.

Wednesday, Feb. 26

9:58 a.m. Extra patrol requested at a daycare on East 7th Street.

6:20 p.m. Three pit bulls were loose near the Roundhouse.

Thursday, Feb. 27

3:37 p.m. A delivery man was suspected of stealing prescription drugs on East 13th Street.

6:57 p.m. An emotional mother reported that her 2-year-old and 6-month-old were locked inside her car. She got the 2-year-old to push the unlock button, but the door still would not open. A locksmith was called.

Friday, Feb. 28

3:59 a.m. An unfounded report of a woman on Dakota Avenue being threatened by people with weapons.

1:16 p.m. A man at a hotel on Spokane Avenue said another man was in a room with a machine gun threatening to kill him. Police responded and found no one with a gun. The reporting caller was transported to the hospital.

8:13 p.m. Report of a man wrapped in a sleeping bag standing in the middle of U.S. 93 South.

Saturday, March 1

12:29 a.m. A fight on Central Avenue left one man bleeding but conscious.

2:26 a.m. Three people refused to leave a bar downtown.

7:15 a.m. Items left at a Wisconsin Avenue building had writing on them about killing a maintenance man.

8:25 a.m. Report of a stolen snowboard on Colorado Avenue.

8:56 a.m. A door was smashed at a city-owned building on Baker Avenue.

9:41 a.m. A Dakota Avenue resident reported a black and white wolf killing a deer in her back yard. She tried to spray the wolf with bear spray but couldn’t get close enough. The caller was adamant the animal was a wolf, but police later found a husky dog with blood on its mouth that fit the description.

7:14 p.m. Report of a disorderly teen on Vista Drive that was punching holes in walls and pushing furniture around.

9:57 p.m. The driver for the Ride Guy reported that a man pulled a pair of scissors on him.

Sunday, March 2

1:46 a.m. Report of a fight at a bar downtown.

8:11 a.m. A 50-year-old man reportedly keeps leaving notes for a teenage girl who works at a coffee shop.

9:31 a.m. A woman in Canada said her husband was picked up by police Saturday night, held for three hours, then released without a jacket in 30 below zero weather.

3 p.m. Two men in Subaru were spinning doughnuts and driving through snow drifts on East 2nd Street.

9:29 p.m. Report of a verbal disturbance on Pine Avenue. A man had laundry detergent in his eye.
