2:15 p.m. Report of a vicious dog that killed a squirrel on East 3rd Street.
4:11 p.m. Someone placed a laptop in a woman’s vehicle while at the Kiddie Park. She turned it into police.
Tuesday, May 27
12:09 a.m. A couple were star gazing in a field off Pine Avenue. Police deemed nothing mischievous was happening.
11:18 p.m. Two big dogs on Jennings Avenue were chasing a bicyclist and nipping at the trailer with children inside.
9:05 p.m. Report of a stolen puppy on West 3rd Street.
Wednesday, May 28
12:18 p.m. Two cars were cited for parking on the sidewalk on East Fourth Street.
4:53 p.m. A truck was keyed while parked at The Wave.
5:32 p.m. A traffic light on Highway 93 was not working.
6:03 p.m. Report of a suspicious man inside a car hanging out near an apartment complex on Colorado Avenue. Officers found the man was a private investigator.
11:04 p.m. An elderly woman called to ask for help rescuing her kitten that was stuck in the sewer behind her house.
Thursday, May 29
9:58 a.m. Report of fresh blood on the walking path off Kinnikinnik Circle.
10:12 a.m. A dog on Columbia Avenue was running unleashed and pooping in a neighbor’s yard.
2:42 p.m. An artistic bird feeder was stolen out of the yard of a business on Baker Avenue.
Friday, May 30
10:47 a.m. Credit cards, insurance cards, a Social Security card, drivers license and other items were taken from an unlocked vehicle on Highway 93 South.
11:24 a.m. A transient and his dog were lying down in the weeds between Park and Somers avenues. Officers warned the man about being on private property and he moved on.
1:19 p.m. A Saint Bernard-mix dog was ruing around in the alley between Columbia and Kalispell avenues.
4:13 p.m. The driver of a black 4Runner was pulling into various driveways and attempting to sleep while parked.
7:13 p.m. A black miniature poodle was running around the high school and being aggressive.
7:28 p.m. An employee’s cell phone was stolen from their locker at grocery on Highway 93 South.
10:42 p.m. A loud party was happening at the City Beach pavilions. Party-goers were asked to move along.
Saturday, May 31
3:50 p.m. BMX bike riders were riding in the skatepark where they are not supposed to be.
3:59 p.m. A man was standing naked on East Second Street, while another man attempted to help him get his pants on.
4:33 p.m. A broken water valve on Highway 93 South was pouring water. City public works department was notified.
4:56 p.m. A door-to-door salesman on River Lakes Parkway was found sleeping on a lawn and said he just needed a nap.
Sunday, June 1
9:17 a.m. Driver of a silver Audi was reportedly speeding on Baker Avenue.
6:14 p.m. A silver Ford Excursion was swerving all over the road before turning into a parking lot and hitting a parked vehicle off of Highway 93 South.
