Kats too much for Lady Dogs

It was a tough night for the Whitefish girls basketball team Saturday at rival Columbia Falls.

The top-rated Wildkats outscored Whitefish 28-2 in the first quarter and never looked back en route to a 70-13 victory. Simone Craft and Victoria Buls each had three points for the Dogs.

Whitefish is still winless in the conference and falls to 1-10 overall. They get another chance at a conference win Friday when the host Polson at 6 p.m.
