Ski resort season pass sale ends Sept. 30

Time is running out for skiers and snowboarders who want to purchase their 2013-14 winter season pass at Whitefish Mountain Resort at pre-season discounted rates.

The pass sale ends Sept. 30.

Adult season passes for skiers age 19-64 are on sale now for $595. The price is a $15 increase over last season’s rate of $580.

Senior and college student passes are $495. Teen and junior passes will remain the same price as last season at $325 and $165, respectively. Children 6 and under and super seniors 70 and over ski free.

Purchase of a pass this year comes with a few perks.

Pass-holders will receive four friends and family discounted tickets, five days of free skiing at Red Lodge Mountain Resort in Montana, five days of free skiing at Homewood Mountain Resort on Lake Tahoe in California, 20 percent off lodging and ski school, and 10 percent off dining and retail.

Passes can be purchased online, at the Base Lodge or at various locations around the valley for the next week.

• Sept. 20-21 at Montana Coffee Traders in Whitefish from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

• Sept. 22 at Sweet Peaks in Kalispell from noon-7 p.m.

• Sept. 23-26 at The Wave in Whitefish from 4-7 p.m.

• Sept. 27-28 at Montana Coffee Traders in Whitefish from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

• Sept. 29 at Sweet Peaks in Whitefish from noon-7 p.m.

• Sept. 30 at The White Room in Whitefish from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
