Mason Robison

Mason Raymond Robison, 38, “made his final ascent” on May 19, 2013, on the mountain of El Capitan in Yosemite Park.

He was born to Ron and Nancy Robison on Dec. 27,1974, in Whitefish.

Mason was an avid and master climber as well as an accomplished mason and musician. His talents were vast, and he gave everything he had in pursuit of his dreams.

He was preceded in death by his brother Mark, grandfather Glen Robison, grandmother Joyce Bergstrom, uncle Gary Robison and cousin Morgan Seymour.

He is survived by his parents Ron and Nancy, of Columbia Falls; former wife Lynn, of Columbia Falls; brother Michael and wife Keni and their children Mason and Danicah, of Columbia Falls; grandfather Ray Bergstrom, and grandmother Dorothy Robison, of Columbia Falls; aunts and uncles Linda and Ron Olson, Bruce Bergstrom, Ryan and Bev Robison, Richard and Charlie Robison, and Lila Bye; as well as many cousins and extended family.

A gathering was held at the Columbia Falls Junior High School on May 25, 2013.
