Amber McAtee

Amber Morgan McAtee, 38, died June 5, 2013.

She was born on April 20, 1975, in Kalispell. She graduated from Columbia Falls High School in 1993 where she participated in volleyball, track and field, soccer and cheerleading.

Amber went on to college at Montana State University-Bozeman. She was a writer, a poet, a photographer, a graphic designer, a Web designer, a raft guide, a horse guide and lover of nature in all its beauty.

She is survived by her parents Bruce and Deanna McAtee; brother Richard McAtee, his wife Marcey and their children, Zerita and Hope; sister Vanessa Pallister, her husband Cody and their kids Gabriella, Anna Amber, Liam and Zarek; grandparents Richard and Donna Tyree, of West Glacier; grandmother Maxine McAtee, of Ohio; and many very close friends and family living in Colorado, Hawaii, Montana, Ohio, Oregon, Illinois and Arizona.

Memorial services took place on June 9, 2013, at the Christian Center, in Kalispell.
