What is cost of goat study?

George Ostrom’s column last week was great regarding the mountain goat study in Glacier National Park. I, too, wrote a few comments to the National Park Service about similar concerns.

I hope they get their act together and not kill more animals. As long as there is “free” taxpayer money, these kinds of odd studies will continue. The tap needs turning off.

My e-mail was copied to Sens. Max Baucus and Jon Tester, since they are the leaders in Washington who should be guarding the taxpayers’ money. I hope this and other studies will come under more scrutiny in the future.
