Over the past year the Bigfork Senior Center has undergone a makeover thanks to the donations and discounts from local businesses and the countless hours of help from volunteers and “not-so-volunteers.”

We would like to thank the following for their help in making the makeover possible. Flathead Electric Coop and Masterpiece Carpet for the flooring, Sliter’s Ace Hardware for the exterior paint, Mountain High Construction and the Community Foundation for a Better Bigfork for installing the hand rail in the dining area and repairing the roof and putting gutters on the garage, Sherwin-Williams for the interior paint, Flathead County Sheriff’s Office for sending folks that were sentenced to community service to help, to the mother who’s son got in trouble in school so she sentenced him to come and work for us, and Michele and Steve Shapero for the vertical blinds and to those of you who made this all possible by cleaning, painting, and maintaining the yard.

Happy Holidays,

Phil Bolstad, and Michele Shapero,

Bigfork Senior Center
