The Columbia Falls boys soccer team had a rough week, losing all three road matches.

The Wildcats opened with a Sept. 18 loss against Bigfork, 3-1, then lost Sept. 20 against Whitefish, 6-0, and then were hammered two days later by Stillwater Christian, 11-2.

“We didn’t have a very good week,” coach Peter Browne summed it up.

The Cats need to regroup this week. They have an away game against Libby on Tuesday they must win if they want a shot at the playoffs, Browne noted.

That game was over after presstime. The Cats tied Libby 1-1 earlier this year, but they haven’t played very well since that game. The Wildcats are now 2-6-1.

The Cats face Whitefish at home Saturday for homecoming. Game time is 1 p.m.
