Voters should consider carefully how they will vote in this November's upcoming election

Perception is certainly “in the eyes of the beholder.”

Isn’t it amazing how differently we “perceive” the roll the government plays in our lives? Many of us believe that if you work hard, try to save some of your money, help others and teach your children that they should do the same that we would all be better prepared to deal with what adversities we might encounter.

Being a Libra I do try to look at both sides (fair and balanced right?).

We do know there is poverty in the world and at times we need to help others.

However, today if you are successful it is expected that you aren’t entitled to the fruits of your labor. Let’s just for a few minutes look at the difference in how the two political parties view this.

Take for example — supposedly, Mitt Romney is regarded as an unknown individual, except he has been a very successful businessman, saved the Olympics, governor of a state and a former religious leader. After all this he evidently is not vetted according to the other party.

Now let’s look at Mr. Obama. He is a Law School graduate and did teach for a short time, a former community organizer, has never run a business, voted present 129 times while in office in Illinois and gave a great speech at the last Democratic convention.

Now this makes him qualified to be President? Where was the vetting on this man?

Corporations are people even if some don’t think so and they do provide income so that those working can pay taxes to the GOVERNMENT along with taking care of their families.

According to this administration only Government can provide jobs to expand our economy.

The trouble is that for this to happen we taxpayers pick up the bill.

The time has come to recognize the fact that if we allow this administration to stay in power we will lose our own ability to take care of ourselves and that surely we will be in no better shape than the countries in Europe that are wallowing in unprecedented debt.

We are really there with 16 trillion in debt and no budget in almost four years.

Where do we go from here?

Please consider carefully how you will vote in this upcoming election.
