Wildkats win at Meadow Lake

The Columbia Falls girls golf team won a triangular match last week against Libby and Whitefish at the Meadow Lake Resort Golf Course.

The girls were led by McKenna Emmerich, who shot a 108. Morgan Love shot a 110 to tie for second place.

On the boys side, the top golfer was Henry Chisholm, who shot a 108 and took ninth. Gabe Love was 10th with 118. The boys overall came in third place.

The golf team was scheduled to play in the Polson Invitational on Sept. 4 after presstime. They have another home tourney at Meadow Lake on Sept. 11.
