Tad Lee Frazier

Tad Lee Frazier passed away on May 7 at home. Tad was 47 years old, born in Casa Grande, Ariz. in 1964 to Ray Don and Susan Frazier. He graduated from Coolidge High School, attended Northern Arizona University, El Camino College in Torrance, Calif., and Flathead Valley Community College.

He worked in the aerospace industry in California before moving to Bigfork in 1992 and worked in the construction industry.

Tad loved fly-fishing, camping, skiing, and kayaking. He was talented in stained glass art and enjoyed volunteering at the Lighthouse Christian Home and Special Olympics skiing. He especially enjoyed family gatherings and loved dinner at Mom’s.

His father, Ray Don Frazier, stepfather, Philip Hanson, stepbrother Stuart Hanson and cousins Kayla and Cale, and all his loving grandparents preceded him in death.

He is survived by his mother, Susan Hanson of Bigfork, brother Steven (Julie) of Casa Grande, Ariz., stepmother Patsy Frazier of Fernley, Nev., stepbrothers Mark of Denver, and Rod Conner of Fernley, Nev., and stepsister Jamie Kell of Reno, Nev.. He will also be missed by his aunt, Nena Stone (Dale) of Sierra Vista, Ariz., cousins, Jody Stone (Kimberly and daughter Kaycee) of Camp Verde, Ariz., and April Crimmins (Chad) of Casa Grande, Ariz.

A celebration of Frazier’s life will be held this June when all the family can gather in his beloved mountains. A celebration is planned for Arizona family and friends in the winter of 2013.
