Francis McBride

Francis LaVerne McBride, 94, passed away May 31, 2012, at Heritage Place in Kalispell.

She was born on March 7, 1918, in St. Clair County, Mo., to Addis and Blanche (Heath) Allison.

She married Samuel Duane McBride on Sept. 23, 1939. They had seven children and were married for 27 years.

Francis is survived by her children Sandy Swanson, of Island Park, Idaho, Jim McBride, of Kalispell, Joanne McDonald, of Wisconsin, Bob McBride and wife Kathy, of Columbia Falls, Sharon Belcourt and husband Ron, of Havre, and Don McBride and wife Donna, of Missouri; sisters Myrtle Ellen and Viola Fick; 21 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; and three great great grandchildren.

Graveside service took place at Woodlawn Cemetery in Columbia Falls on June 4, 2012.
