Victor Nixon

Victor “Vic” James Nixon, 63, died June 25, 2012, at his home in Kalispell.

He was born Aug. 23, 1948, to James Nixon and Barbara King in Forest Grove, Ore.

He is survived by his wife Linda; children Viola Mayfield and husband Eugene, of Oregon, Delana Jones and husband Curtis, of Oregon, Shane Harmon and wife Vicki, of Orangevale, Calif., Krystal Nixon, of Columbia Falls, Amber Bonny and husband Jacob, of Kalispell, and Tamara Walter, of Pennsylvania; 10 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sister Jean; and numerous other relatives and countless friends.

Memorial services were held at New Life Center, in Kalispell, on July 1, 2012, with burial at Glacier Memorial Gardens.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established at Whitefish Credit Union.
