'Iron man' tourney draws a crowd

Columbia Falls held its first Junior High Iron Man wrestling tournament on Feb. 18.

There were teams from Columbia Falls, Evergreen, Kalispell Middle School, Kalispell Wrestling Club, Eureka, Libby, Whitefish, Ronan and Bigfork with more than five hours of wrestling and 900-plus bouts.

Each wrestler competed in six to 10 matches, and 18 individual champions were crowned. Champions included (weight class, name, school):
