The roll continues. On Feb. 2, the Columbia Falls boys basketball team downed Bigfork 53-38. Two days later, they snuck past conference-rival Polson 43-42. Both games were on the road.

Bigfork had the lead at the half 21-20, but the Cats had a monster fourth quarter, outscoring the Vikings 22-10 in the stanza.

Anthony Correa led the team with 21, and Bigfork was called for two technical fouls in the fourth, which helped Columbia Falls widen their lead.

Correa also had a great game against the Pirates, scoring nine points and blocking a last-second shot by Polson as time expired. Parker Johnson led the scoring against Polson with 16, including a late shot that put the Cats up by a point.

The boys (12-3, 6-0) face Ronan and Whitefish away on Thursday and Saturday respectively.

The Whitefish game has a 6 p.m. scheduled start. A win against the Bulldogs would lock up the regular season conference title.
