Hundreds of Flathead Valley Community College art students’ work will be on display at the FVCC Art Department’s fall student art show open house on Dec. 6 from 6-9 p.m.

The show will consist of works in all media from this semester’s art courses including painting, drawing, design, ceramics, photography, graphics, and jewelry.

During the open house, students and faculty will be working in all of FVCC’s art studios, and visitors will be encouraged to participate. Additionally, Ceramics Instructor David Smith and his students will conduct raku-firing demonstrations outside the ceramics studio.

The art show will be in the Student Art Gallery in the Arts and Technology Building on the FVCC campus and is free to the public. It will remain up for viewing until Dec. 18. For more information, contact John Rawlings at 756-3896.
