Christmas concerts scheduled for Columbia Falls schools

Schools in Columbia Falls and surrounding area will soon hold their Christmas concerts. The following is a schedule of upcoming shows:

• Columbia Falls High School — treble choir on Tuesday, Dec. 4; concert band, symphonic band and Jazz Factory on Tuesday, Dec. 11, at 7 p.m.; Columbia chorale, Sonifers, wind ensemble and Columbians on Tuesday, Dec. 18; Jazz Café on Friday, Dec. 21; all shows start at 7 p.m.

• Columbia Falls Junior High School — choir, all grades on Thursday, Dec. 13, at 7 p.m.; band, all grades on Thursday, Dec. 20, at 6:30 p.m.

• Glacier Gateway Elementary School — concerts at the high school’s Little Theater on Thursday, Dec. 20, grades 1-2 at 10:30 a.m., grades 3-5 at 1:30 p.m.

• Ruder Elementary School — concerts for grades K-2 on Friday, Dec. 13, and for grades 3-5 on Friday, Dec. 14; both shows start at 2 p.m.

• West Glacier School — concert on Tuesday, Dec. 11, at 7 p.m.

• Deer Park School — dinner with turkey and ham on Thursday, Dec. 20, at 6 p.m. with concert to follow about 6:45 p.m. Visitors are asked to bring a side dish. There will be an early dismissal on Friday, Dec. 21, at 11:30 a.m.
