Ping and Kaim to marry

Kelly Ping and Logan Kaim will be married Sept. 8 in Divide, Colo. at the Lost Dutchman Resort.

Born and raised in Whitefish, Kelly is the daughter of Scott Ping of Whitefish and Barbara Ping of Bozeman. Logan is a First Lieutenant in the U.S. Army at Fort Carson in Colorado Springs, Colo.

Kelly graduated top of her of her class, receiving her master's degree in sports nutrition from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs. She is now the dietitian for the U.S. Olympic Shooting Team and works with several Olympic athletes at the U.S. Training Center in Colorado Springs.

Kelly attended the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, B.C. where she worked with Apolo Ohno and several other athletes on the U.S. Olympic Speed Skating Team. She started Peak Nutrition Center in Colorado Springs where she provides nutrition counseling for athletes from the university as well as local athletes from the area. Kelly is the Director of Nutrition at Liberty Dialysis Clinic in Colorado Springs and donates her time and skills to benefit running and bicycle clubs In Colorado.

Kelly participates in marathons, triathlons and has competed and finished well in the Iron Man competition in Arizona last fall.
