Mary Parkhill

Mary "Meme, Rube" Parkhill, 57, died Sept. 15, 2011.

She was born Feb. 27, 1954, to Tommy and Gayla Parkhill in Whitefish. She received her elementary education in Hungry Horse and graduated from Columbia Falls High School in 1972.

Mary was a lifetime member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary at Hungry Horse, Columbia Falls and Bigfork.

Mary is survived by sister Linda Sieler and husband Chuck; brother Gary Parkhill and wife Sharon; brother Leslie Parkhill and wife Dena; aunt Sherry Nerger; nine nieces; eight nephews; six cousins; and lifelong friend Betty Belston.

A memorial service was held Sept. 17, 2011, at Bible Baptist Church in Evergreen.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Humane Society.
