Sandra Thomson

Sandra Perrine Elliott Thomson passed away peacefully in her sleep, surrounded by her closest friends, on June 24, 2011, after a courageous 6 1/2 year battle with cancer.

She was born Aug. 9, 1940, in Indianapolis, Ind., to Richard and Jeanne (McCollum) Perrine.

Sandra graduated from Broad Ripple High School in 1958 and from Indiana University in 1983 with a bachelor's of science degree in criminal justice. She was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority while at I.U.

She spent her time between homes in Polebridge, Taos, N.M., Boca Grande, Fla., and Noblesville, Ind. She was a member of Boca Grande Methodist Church in Florida.

Sandra is survived by her children John, Mollianne, Jane, Lisa and David and her brother Terry Perrine.
