Charles Winters

Charles Gary Winters, 64, of Missoula, formerly of Whitefish, passed away Feb. 5, 2011, at St. Patrick’s Hospital in Missoula due to complications from cancer.

He was a lifetime member of the VFW and a longtime member of Whitefish Moose Lodge 642.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lulu Belle and Charles Winters.

He is survived by his wife Iola Winters, of Missoula; children Yvonne and Luis Haas, Chuckie and Patty Winters, and Cyndi and Tony Adams, all of Fernley, Nev., and Teresa Simpson, of Great Falls; brother Jerry and Michelle, of Vancouver, Wash.; 10 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Cremation has taken place.
