With five players in double figures, the Columbia Falls boys routed Class B Eureka last week, 90-53.

Austin Barth led the Wildcats with 20 points in the Dec. 20 game in Eureka. The Cats spread the scoring around in a team effort. Alex Presnell had 10, Ronnie Gallegos 12, Anthony Correa 11 and Parker Johnson 14.

The boys shot out to a 24-7 lead in the first half and scored 30 points in the third quarter.

The Cats will practice over the Christmas break and then face Bigfork at home Jan. 5 at 7:30 p.m. On Jan. 7, they're at home against Polson - a pivotal game as the Pirates are one of the top teams in the conference.

The Cats are now 3-2 overall.
