A distraction

Why is there a mobile home sitting above the street on Wisconsin Avenue by The Lodge? I hope it's not permanent because it is very distracting when driving through an already congested area.

It is not attractive at all, and I understand cars will still have to stop for pedestrian traffic going to and from the parking area and the new hotel area, which alone defeats the purpose for the general public's safety. It is only for hotel guests.

How was this allowed? I would like to see the original drawing for this 'skybridge." I think it could look much better than it does, with some design and flair. It is not even straight but sits at a tilt, giving it a very odd look.

I haven't spoken to anyone who is at all pleased with it. It is embarrassing. We already have a House of Mystery.
