Enjoyed story

I wanted to thank you for the article you ran on July 29 about my grandmother, Mary DeVries. Her birthday was July 17, and she turned 102.

It was a sweet afternoon and moment as I read the article to her as she lay in her bed that afternoon on July 29. She smiled at certain points of the story. It was such an honoring article and a large portion of the page. Thank you so much.

She went home to be with the Lord very early the next morning. It was such a blessing to have that article in print her last day with us.

Thank you so much for such a generous and thoughtful gesture to honor an amazing woman.
