The Columbia Falls Community Kitchen’s renovation is complete and will be serving free meals Friday, Nov. 27 through Monday, Nov. 30 at 6 p.m. in the basement of St. Richard’s Catholic Church

Seventh and eighth grade mixed choirs will perform Monday, Nov. 30 at 7 p.m. at the Columbia Falls Junior High School.

The Columbia Falls Booster Club will hold its Winter Sports Kickoff Monday, Nov. 30, at 7 p.m. in the high school cafeteria. Athletes, coaches and parents are invited. Free spaghetti dinner is served and a brief parents meeting will be held. Booster Club also meets at 5:30 p.m.

Edward Jones Financial will hold the Columbia Falls Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours and Holiday Open House on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at the North Valley Senior Citizens Center from 4 to 7 p.m.

Kate Kendall, ecologist for the U.S. Geological Survey will present “The Secret Life of Bears” on Wednesday, Dec. 2 from 7-8:30 p.m. in the Glacier Room at Grouse Mountain Lodge in Whitefish. Kendall will share information on her latest study on bears. The talk is free.
