MIAMI - A Miami jury is returning for a third day of deliberations in the tax evasion trial of Brazilian race car driver Helio Castroneves, his sister and his lawyer.

Jurors asked Monday for transcripts of testimony by prosecution witnesses and for an index of the numerous trial exhibits. They earlier asked for a definition of tax law that prosecutors say applies to $5 million Castroneves was promised in a licensing deal with Penske Racing.

The two-time Indianapolis 500 winner and his co-defendants face more than six years in prison if convicted of conspiracy and tax evasion. Castroneves' attorneys insist he paid his taxes and relied on financial professionals for advice.

Castroneves also won TV's "Dancing With The Stars" competition in 2007.
