Downtown plan needs look

I would like to commend the local citizens who took the time to circulate a petition against making Central Avenue narrower and adding bulbouts and raised pedestrian crossings at intersections.

I understand about 80 percent of the people contacted have signed this petition.

As stated in the Feb. 26 Pilot by councilor Nancy Woodruff, politicians should address this growing criticism.
