Thanks to Burger King staff

| July 29, 2009 11:00 PM

To the editor,

I would like to express much appreciation to the staff at the Burger King restaurant in Columbia Falls. While on a beautiful vacation with my family where we stayed for a week at Hungry Horse, taking in the breathtaking sights western Montana offers in Glacier National Park, we stopped at BK for an afternoon ice cream. The next morning to my horror my wallet was gone. We drove back to BK in the hopes it was there.

En route, I added up what I would be missing — license, business cards, insurance cards, possibly $200. My wallet was found in the office desk drawer at Burger King with my business card laying on top.

Not only was every item in there untouched otherwise, there was actually $1,400 in cash. I am so grateful to the staff at Burger King.

Not only was the service that afternoon exceptionally friendly, but their honesty and integrity continues to assure everyone there are excellent people in the world, particularly in Columbia Falls.

Thank you again.
