Jerry A. Smith, 52, of Columbia Falls passed away Jan. 7, 2009.
Survivors include his wife Bonnie of Columbia Falls; daughter Jennessa of Tonasket, Wash.; son Jerald of Bathe, Maine; and numerous other family members.
Memorial services will be held Sunday, Jan. 25, at the North Valley Eagles 4081 at 4 p.m.
