Stimulus reality

All the stimulus money being passed will not help in the near future as any construction project approved will need an environmental impact statement, which could take 3 to 5 years — that is, roads, bridges, power grids and construction projects at a cost of millions.

Why not exempt these projects from environmental reviews? Jump start these projects.

I write this on behalf of my eight children, 17 grandchildren and 16 great grand children who will be paying back this money.
