Glenn Speer

Glen Evan Speer, 51, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Aug. 20, 2009, in the comfort of his parents' home — surrounded by his family. Though our beloved Glen is gone from here, he will always be felt in our hearts.

Survivors include his wife Janice; step-children Tasha Seliger of Columbia Falls, Carrie Bierman of Kalispell and John Seliger of Oregon; his children, Kelly Speer of Missoula, Lauri Stone (Vince) of Polson and Eric Speer of Kalispell; his parents, Evan and Shirley Speer of Columbia Falls; siblings Gene (Randa) Speer, David (Bar) Speer, all of Columbia Falls, Kathy (Kelvin) Box of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Lea Lauria of San Antonio, Texas; grandchildren Hunter, Averi and Mason; and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.

Services were held Monday, Aug. 24 at the First Baptist Church of Whitefish. Austin Funeral Home of Whitefish cared for the family.
