Duane Clark

Duane Lee Clark Jr., 52, of Whitefish, passed away peacefully in his sleep at his residence on Feb. 28, 2008.

Duane was born April 18, 1955, to Bernice and Duane Clark in Whitefish where he was raised and lived into his adult life.

He met and married his first wife Rodean and had two children, Janie and Richy. Duane and Rodean later separated, and after long awaited years, he met and married Beth Goble (Clark).

Duane loved the outdoors and enjoyed family camping trips, hunting, fishing in his favorite fishing holes and spending quality time with those he loved and held dear to his heart.

Memories of Duane will carry on forever and he will be missed by all.

Duane is preceded in death by his father Duane Clark Sr.; uncles Dave Clark, Leroy Stevens and Garland Stevens; aunt Helen Aurand; and niece Tina Foss.

Duane is survived by his wife Beth Clark (Goble); his children Janie Clark, of Whitefish, Richy Clark, of Illinois, and stepson CJ Celaya, of Arizona; his mother Bernice Clark, of Whitefish; sisters Mary Jane Foss, of Arizona, Ruby Foss, of Columbia Falls, and Emily Williams, of Kalispell; brother Dale Clark, of Kalispell; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 12, at 10 a.m. at The Church of The Nazarene in Whitefish, located at 1125 Seventh Street East.

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that donations be made to The Church of The Nazarene.
