Whack? Whack?

I found this article to be a sad example of how people and things have become. Instead of going out and looking for the positive of an issue, the only thing that is shown is the negative.

I also know for a fact that a lot of what was stated in your article about the company and owners was false and that they were not interviewed. I thought journalists were to investigate the complete story.

I have a daughter, Cedar, who has Down syndrome who is well known in this community and has been featured in your paper many times. Cedar got to go on a once-in-a-lifetime ride that I would not have been able to afford under normal circumstances. She was elated and had the thrill of a lifetime.

I watched kids and adults get off of the flights with huge smiles, thumbs up, joy and elation expressing the awesome experience they just had.

Did you interview any of the hundreds of people who took a ride?

Shame on you as a local paper in this small community, where I feel you should be looking for the positive of life and not always looking for the negative. If you think you have to bring up the negative, at least be unbiased and cover the positive side of an issue.

In my opinion, whack whack was not worthy of the front page.
