Whitefish City Beach lot price a joke

The notion that, because an appraisal says the lot next to City Beach is worth $3 million that it would sell for $3 million, is a joke.

After 30 years in the real estate business, I have learned that the appraiser degree MAI often means “made as instructed.”

The lot’s location next to a busy, noisy public beach vastly degrades its value — let him find a buyer to pay that ridiculous price, not us taxpayers please.
