Great marathon

I wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the excellent job The Wave and the Whitefish community did in conducting the Two Bear Marathon on Sept. 16, 2007.

I've run about 60 marathons from New York to Stockholm and every where in between, and The Two Bear Marathon ranks at or near the top.

It is easily the most beautiful course I've run and would be difficult to manage such a remote course were it not for the excellent job The Wave and the Whitefish community did.

We intend to make Whitefish our new home, and the race further strengthened our decision is a good one.
