Antiques not gaming devices

I just read the online article regarding the raid carried out by the agents of the great state of Montana on the Cowboy Cabin.
Seems to me that maybe someone is sending a clear message to anyone outside of Montana. If you are from out of state, stay there. We don't want you here.
Common sense would tell you that these items are antiques, not gaming devices. Last week, we flipped a coin to see who pays for lunch. Kind of like gambling. Now I'm wondering if that quarter in my pocket is also a gaming device? What do you think?
Tongue stuck in cheek.
