Thanks for the support

I wanted to thank and acknowledge all of you who voted for me, as well as all of you who supported me during this past election.

Without this huge outpouring of support, I could not have been successful in my bid for Whitefish City Council.

I learned many things over the course of the “fall campaign,” the most important of which was that by presenting myself in an honest, sincere fashion, and offering a commitment to our community, a majority of you would respond positively.

I have made this four-year commitment because I believe in a viable future for Whitefish, its residents and the “doughnut.”

I know that there may be times when some may wonder, “What the #%^* was he thinking?”

Please try to remember that I have promised to work conscientiously to make decisions that will ultimately benefit all of us here, not merely one particular segment or another of our population.

I intend to make myself available to everyone, for I am now your public servant, and although there is no stipend for this position, the gratitude so many of you have already expressed to me is thanks enough.
